Before beginning your regular classes, you must agree to the following terms and conditions, including any future amendments.

1. Teacher Assignment:
Equran Network is committed to providing you with the best services (Insha’Allah). However, we are not obligated to provide the same teacher for the entire course duration, as all tutors are employed on specific contracts. Students cannot leave the Institute solely due to a teacher change.

2. Direct Contact with Tutors Prohibited:
Parents and students are strictly prohibited from offering any current or former Equran Network tutor to teach privately outside our platform. Any such personal arrangement or payment is not allowed. If a teacher approaches you for private services, you must refuse and report it to the Institute via official email or the website-listed contact numbers. All students remain under the Institute’s guidance during the course.

3. Communication:
Parents and students must communicate directly with admin via WhatsApp, Skype, or support numbers for any issues related to learning, payments, or schedules. Teachers are hired solely for teaching purposes.

4. Substitute Teachers:
If a regular teacher is unavailable due to absence, a substitute teacher will be assigned. If progress is unsatisfactory, a different teacher may be assigned to improve learning outcomes.

5. Class Scheduling:
Class timings can be changed upon request. If your regular teacher is unavailable at your requested time, another teacher will be assigned.

6. Payments and Refunds:

• Monthly payments are collected in advance via recurring billing, starting from your joining date.

• If you pay but miss classes without informing, payments cannot be refunded or carried forward, as teacher schedules are reserved.

• After trial classes, if you discontinue during the first month, a 100% refund will be provided.

• A one-month notice is required before leaving the Institute to allow proper scheduling for teachers.

• Short vacations (<1 month) require payment according to your package to reserve your time slots.

7. Makeup Classes:

• Makeup classes depend on time availability and are generally limited to the next day.

• Leaves (short or long) will not automatically result in temporary classes.

• Requests for makeup classes must be made at least 3 hours prior to class time.

• No makeup classes are provided for public holidays (e.g., Eid).

• Rare interruptions such as electricity or internet outages may affect classes, and makeup classes may not be guaranteed.

8. Tests and Progress:
Test classes may be conducted by substitute teachers to monitor progress.

9. Appreciation Contributions:
Any appreciation money collected for milestones such as completing the Quran or Islamic events (e.g., Eid) will be distributed among the entire team, as success is a collective effort.
